First time dealing with Sock and Key and it was an absolute pleasure. Response time and communication was great! I believe they are under new management. I summitted random pictures of family members with a brief description of what I was looking and they were able to pull it all together. The first prints/proofs I received came a couple days earlier than they indicated and they provided exactly what I asked for. I requested some minor changes and had the revised proofs back in less than 2 days with no extra charges. They charged me exactly what they said they would. I ended up ordering more pictures of my teenage kids with their girlfriends had the prints framed and it was a huge hit for Christmas. It’s unbelievable the work this company does and with capturing the faces and details with clothing and design of props. Would recommend this company to anyone. Will order from again and great gift idea for that person who has everything.
