My portrait was ready sooner than expected! They were very accommodating with changes with each version- they not only allowed changes, but actively encouraged them. It seemed like they genuinely cared about getting the portrait exactly right for me. I got it as a gift for a friend (had a portrait of their whole family done) and no detail was too small to be corrected. I would absolutely commission another one in the future.
