The whole experience was amazing! Ordering the product was very easy, I was emailed with updates about the products and I was able to request updates along the way, and I received the product way faster than I expected to. It turned out perfect and as a huge LOTR fan my boyfriend was overjoyed to see it. Love this company and the friendly people in it!
