I like the socks, but the customer service is awful. I recieved the wrong item in my parcel. I contacted and asked the correct item to be sent out asap and was told it could only be sent out once the wrong item was returned (at my inconvenience). I am happy to return it, but explained the delay receiving them would delay me being able to send my mother-in-law her christmas present. The member of staff really could not care less. It was their mistake, they should take responsibility for putting it right straight away rather than waiting for the postal system. As they won't they have lost my business both now and in the future as I will be returning my whole order.
