VERY UNFAIR TREATMENT TO A CUSTOMER THAT FIRST: DECIDED TO GO TO YOUR STORE INSTEAD GOING TO THE COMPETITION; SECOND: ALL WANTED WAS AN EXCHANGE OF SIZES WHICH YOU DON'T HAVE; THIRD: ALSO DON'T RETURN THE CUSTOMER MONEY TO GO PURCHASE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
