Do not buy from Softmoc. If you encounter any issues with your purchase you are essential on your own. Well programmed and scripted Custom Care representatives will try to convince you that the problem is on your part, anyone but theirs. My problem concerned their email billing and their refusal to acknowledge my privacy. It caused a major problem, Google Meta AI reviews report consistently negative reviews on Softmoc as do many review sites.

I truly enjoyed soft moc shoes, BUT the fact that I bought a pair of boots near end of season, and now that the appreciate season as shown up, my husband has been wearing them for about 2 months now and the bottom of the boot is completely coming off and so far no one will help. $100 and they havent even lasted 1 season. Alot of us cannot afford to keep replacing shoes, especially for how expensive theyre making them, and then they dont even last a season. We tried choosing a good boot, in hopes that they would last a season or 2. There should honestly be a different policy where winter boots are concerned. We dont wear them all year long. If tried to also upload a photo to this review but of course, it wont let me.

DELIVERY ON ORDER WAS PROMISED WITHIN 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS - 10 DAYS LATER STILL DO NOT HAVE PACKAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT BE EASILY REACHED AND IF YOU CAN CONTACT THEY DONT FOLLOW THROUGH RETAIL STORE SAYS THEY CANT DO ANYTHING - IT HAS TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was gifted a pair of Moccasins and let me tell you, it is a complete insult to the Indigenous communities! Im am so disappointed. They are very poorly made in the sense that they are made from materials that are not flexible to stretch to your foot. Instead, they are made like shoes that completely narrow and crowd the upper part of your foot. Not only that, how can you brand Indigenous type footwear yet not even accept Indigenous status cards!? Its a complete money grab.

SoftMoc is hands-down the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. They dumped my order in a public hallway at 9 PM, it was stolen, and they still called it a “safe place.” I sent photos proving how unsafe it was, and they ignored my case for a week until I chased them. Zero accountability, zero urgency, zero customer service. They literally told me to purchase in person as if I was going to buy again with them. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will never shop at Softmoc for my family of five again. I bought Puma sneakers from them. Wore them no more than 6 times. No hard wear. The leather started cracking. Softmoc refuses to do anything. For the sake of a pair of $100 sneakers, they were willing to lose a customer. Terrible attitude toward customers. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I’ve purchased 4 pairs of Doc Martens for grandchildren for Christmas. Not from Softmoc.

I bought three pairs of shoes 2 Birkenstock I clog 1 of Birkenstock pair felt cheap - I wore it inside my house under an hour - I realized immediately that they were too hard to wear. I returned them I got them sent back to me stating they were used. They were in the actual box and perfect condition. Not shopping at SoftMac Yorkdale again! Bought a pair of shoes which was to be delivered, (the only store pair had faded spot on it). It was still not delivered after 10 days. I called the store multiple times & left msgs. No one picked up or called me back. The general line did not dial through. So I took my one day off, to go to the store. They were completely useless! Apparently it is still on route with no arrival date. The store clerk would not give me her name or a direct number for the store that actually gets answered. So no shoes yet and a waste of my time. They were rude and unhelpful. They lost a customer today!

I’m never ever going to shop here again So so very disappointed in the return policy. Had no idea cause I didn’t read the fine print that it was 60 days . I was 4 days outside my return and they refused to issue a credit … I’m not stuck with almost $400 of product. That’s what you get for being a loyal customer for over 3 yrs. Good to know. Lesson learnt.

I had a great experience buying slippers today at the Softmoc in Park Royal. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Sogol. She was good at listening to what I wanted and brought out appropriate things for me to try. Despite being quite busy, she always cheerful, attentive and respectful- in short what customer service should be.

Good morning, Im looking for 2 pairs of Women's dress shoes, 1 heel ( black ) 26129359 + 1 wedge (black/ navy). Last time I placed an order online was 2020 and I wanted another pair, ( exactly same) when I called and provided the ID of the item to associate I was disappointed that item is discontinued. I contacted the supplier & they stated they had a similar style but when I tried it on in stores shoe wasn't the right fit... After wearing these since 2018, & falling in love with them I was sad to hear / see a popular style go... expressing my feedback to bring it back as its comfortable, elegant professional for office / travel industry able to stand for 16 hrs a day in them.

I returned defective shoes because there was a chunk missing from the leather. When I spoke to customer service I told them explicitly that I couldn’t have the funds go back onto the original card because I no longer have access to it due to a consumer proposal. They said I could do it in store then. I went to the store and after saying multiple times that I will either exchange or have the funds returned to a different card, they put them on the old card. So they essentially stole the shoes back without a refund. I found hard to have them cancel the refund or give me a gift card or anything to make up for their mistake. But they wouldn’t budge. So now I am out money I needed for groceries. I will never shop at Soft Moc again. Absolute crooks.

I had bad experience with SoftMoc that located in Georgian Mall : some of their employees are not capable to deal with the job ;as I did not receive my receipt form in my email I was not qualified to a refund, so i find myself forced to buy what I don’t like . It’s a lost for me ($125 .) Last time to shop from SoftMoc

I’ve been a long time shopper of softmoc. Their brand name products are great but their softmoc brand falls apart 😞 I’ll not purchase again. When I contacted head office they said the store may do something for you. No they didn’t. These were purchased for Xmas and lasted a month. No cool for $100. And of course I can’t add a picture🤔

I ordered a pair of shoes online and asked to pick up at a store. A charge of $6:99 was added to my bill! When I changed the location to my home which is 3 minutes from the mall it charged me 4:54 When i inquired with SoftMoc they advised certain items have a delivery fee! I was very disappointed will not be shopping here again!! How is it I drive to pick up my item at your store and you charge the customer a delivery fee!! Unacceptable!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Please note I give the store at Kingsway, Edmonton a 0 star review. I went to the Soft Moc store at South Common and they did not have my shoe or size that I wanted, The Manager at the South Common store was kind enough to check the other Edmonton stores and found one pair left at the Kingsway store in the color I wanted and size, She then sent an email to the Kingsway store to put the pair on hold for me. We then drove through a snow storm and bad roads across Edmonton to the Kingsway store to pick up the shoes. When we arrive and ask for the shoes the unpleasant sales clerk said sorry they are on hold for a staff member and have been paid for. We were surprised and ask if they have been purchased why are they showing up still available on their inventory. The store clerk did not have an answer to this question. We then asked if the store cared about customer service and the clerk stated oh yes they do!!!. So we then asked her if they could sell us the pair of shoes and order their staff member another pair. The clerk stated they could never do that!! So what this tells us is Soft Moc does not believe in providing good customer service so based on todays incident you have lost a valuable customer as we used to purchase alot of items from your store.
