"Went to Gatineau to see my brother for a little holiday and my husband brought two of the same foot sandals with him. So we had to get him another pair which is usually difficult but found a pair for him which he loved and wore out! To top it off I was not looking but found such a comfortable pair for myself as well that works well with larger bunion problems. I have to say a hugh thank you to the staff and personally to the assistant manager Abdullah for such wonderful care and attentive personal touch!! Thank you softMoc loving our new sandals!!!"

"Awful cuatomer service. Purchaced a pair of boots online from softmoc which within a couple short walks started fraying on multiple stitches on both pair and were not waterproff as described. Was told to take to nearest location (brantford) for warranty. Upon arriving and talking to \"manager\" I was told that if worn no warr and were not waterproof. After arguing that how do you know if waterproff without wearing as well as manufactures defect she looked up on computer and although agreed they were supposed to be waterproff said she cant do anything and would have to push to distric manager.took pics,name and number and over month later still no answer. Furthermore when calling store no one ever picks up and mailbox always full so you cant leave message. Spend your money anywhere else and you will be better off."

"softmoc has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I bought a pair of slippers for $65. Within three days of wearing them the sewing started coming apart where the soul meets the slipper.\r\nI was told by their customer service that I had to pay for their return and then they would decide after that whether I would be entitled to a reimbursement or not. They would not send me a prepaid mailing envelope. Absolutely disgusting that I paid $65 for a pair of slippers that are falling apart. I will not buy from Softmoc again, and I am making sure that everybody I know including all my families and friends about your horrible customer service. And I will post everything that I can online to make sure that not only have you lost me as a customer but you will lose many customers. You would think in this day and age with everyone suffering in their business they\u2019d want to keep their customers happy."

"SoftMoc hires the cheapest courier companies. I ordered a pair of shoes Friday morning 4:30am at work, the order quotted Monday shipped, so I placed being someone from my household would be home Monday, and I get home from work (split) to an email saying it was shipped and a missing package! delivery date of said item is dated 3 days after actual drop off, and the updates are not accurate, Item was stolen and SoftMoc offers 15% off \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02"
