First time was a success with Fed Ex as the courier....so I ordered another pair of shoes. This time they used UPS . EMAIL confirmed delivery but when I checked nothing there. I checked the picture they had taken confirming delivery and that is not my front porch. No house number in the picture just a picture of the box on the concrete. After emailing my concern they want to know if it could have been delivered to one of my neighbours . I replied to ask the driver to check. It's not my job to search my purchase. Attached is the two photos one was there picture of where it was delivered and the other a clear picture of my front door with the house number. Thank you FED X . UPS.....Do better.

I ordered a pair of converse online to be picked up in a store. I had to cancel the next day and that's when the nightmare started. I called the store directly to request cancellation. I was told i couldn't do this and needed to call the central office. I did this and they told me that i couldn't do this and i needed to call the store - so i did again - and no luck. THen i saw on the pick up email that they would cancel and refund the purchase if not picked up after 7 days - well, almost a month later, still no cancellation - so again i started calling again - it's a gobsmacking game of wackamole - almost comical - they say to follow a process --and nothing works - apparently - i have to go to the store (way way out of my way) to return an item that i never even picked up.....never again softmoc - not online and not instore will i shop with you again

I understand it’s my fault for not keeping the box or receipt for slippers I bought in October for my husband but all I wanted to do was exchange them and did have my visa statement showing the purchase.I was never told to keep the box and felt the visa statement was enough proof of purchase.My husband has dementia and so can’t go try shoes on and his last slippers were a 10 so I assumed 10 was the size he needed but apparently the manufacturer is making these smaller now.I did buy a size 11 but now have a size 10, never worn slippers for which I paid $117! Please inform your staff that you MUST have the box and original receipt for an exchange..I managed People’s Jewellers in McAllister Mall for over 20 years and would never dismiss a customer the way the staff in that mall did to me.I will make sure everyone I know about your policies and that I would not recommend shopping there.In conclusion I guess I have paid $234 for my husbands slippers! I will try to find someone who needs a size 10 but can’t ask anyone to give me the money I have lost.Remember that dissatisfied customers will tell at least 10 people!

Ordered shoes as a Christmas gift assured they’d be there well before Christmas. Arrived 4 days after, while tracking noticed they were lost or not being updated. Called to ask status, told if they didn’t arrive by Christmas I’d get a 20%e-card on a future purchase. There idea, I just wanted the shoes to show up. Shoes arrived 4 days after Christmas. Asked about ecard they offered told I didn’t qualify? There idea, I don’t get why they offer something when all I wanted was an update on location. Which I never did get, just glad they showed up. Terrible service, very sketchy behaviour. Not buying again was trying to support Canadian vendors.

I’m having an issue with SoftMoc for a price adjustment. They are so difficult to deal with including head office. They claim they need the box and unworn shoes brought back to do a price adjustment. If they have been worn, they will not complete the price adjustment. I explained this is not a return and was told it doesn’t matter. I continued to ask to show me the price adjustment policy and they continued to ignore the fact that I wasn’t returning shoes. These people are all scripted to say the same thing and ignore the facts. I later did the online chat where they were very helpful and they said as copied from the chat: For price adjustments on in-store purchases, you need to bring both the product and receipt to any SoftMoc store within our 60-day return policy period. The shoes CAN be worn - this isn't a return, so our associates just need to see the product to verify the purchase and process your price adjustment. You'll keep shoes and get the price difference which goes against the in person and phone call script I was given. I will go back again fueled from all of this frustration. I will never shop at this company ever again

Bought Uggs as a Xmas present for my granddaughter and they were too big and wrong colour. I bought them towards the end of October and told the sales clerk they were a Christmas gift. She provided a gift receipt and today, Boxing Day , we brought them back and were told sorry, it’s past the 60 days, even though I told them it was a Christmas gift, and no exchange, no credit, no nothing. FURIOUS!!! My husband and I shop regularly at Soft Moc and this may now unfortunately change.

Do not buy from Softmoc. If you encounter any issues with your purchase you are essential on your own. Well programmed and scripted Custom Care representatives will try to convince you that the problem is on your part, anyone but theirs. My problem concerned their email billing and their refusal to acknowledge my privacy. It caused a major problem, Google Meta AI reviews report consistently negative reviews on Softmoc as do many review sites.

DELIVERY ON ORDER WAS PROMISED WITHIN 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS - 10 DAYS LATER STILL DO NOT HAVE PACKAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT BE EASILY REACHED AND IF YOU CAN CONTACT THEY DONT FOLLOW THROUGH RETAIL STORE SAYS THEY CANT DO ANYTHING - IT HAS TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was gifted a pair of Moccasins and let me tell you, it is a complete insult to the Indigenous communities! Im am so disappointed. They are very poorly made in the sense that they are made from materials that are not flexible to stretch to your foot. Instead, they are made like shoes that completely narrow and crowd the upper part of your foot. Not only that, how can you brand Indigenous type footwear yet not even accept Indigenous status cards!? Its a complete money grab.

SoftMoc is hands-down the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. They dumped my order in a public hallway at 9 PM, it was stolen, and they still called it a “safe place.” I sent photos proving how unsafe it was, and they ignored my case for a week until I chased them. Zero accountability, zero urgency, zero customer service. They literally told me to purchase in person as if I was going to buy again with them. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I will never shop at Softmoc for my family of five again. I bought Puma sneakers from them. Wore them no more than 6 times. No hard wear. The leather started cracking. Softmoc refuses to do anything. For the sake of a pair of $100 sneakers, they were willing to lose a customer. Terrible attitude toward customers. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I’ve purchased 4 pairs of Doc Martens for grandchildren for Christmas. Not from Softmoc.

Not shopping at SoftMac Yorkdale again! Bought a pair of shoes which was to be delivered, (the only store pair had faded spot on it). It was still not delivered after 10 days. I called the store multiple times & left msgs. No one picked up or called me back. The general line did not dial through. So I took my one day off, to go to the store. They were completely useless! Apparently it is still on route with no arrival date. The store clerk would not give me her name or a direct number for the store that actually gets answered. So no shoes yet and a waste of my time. They were rude and unhelpful. They lost a customer today!

I’m never ever going to shop here again So so very disappointed in the return policy. Had no idea cause I didn’t read the fine print that it was 60 days . I was 4 days outside my return and they refused to issue a credit … I’m not stuck with almost $400 of product. That’s what you get for being a loyal customer for over 3 yrs. Good to know. Lesson learnt.

I returned defective shoes because there was a chunk missing from the leather. When I spoke to customer service I told them explicitly that I couldn’t have the funds go back onto the original card because I no longer have access to it due to a consumer proposal. They said I could do it in store then. I went to the store and after saying multiple times that I will either exchange or have the funds returned to a different card, they put them on the old card. So they essentially stole the shoes back without a refund. I found hard to have them cancel the refund or give me a gift card or anything to make up for their mistake. But they wouldn’t budge. So now I am out money I needed for groceries. I will never shop at Soft Moc again. Absolute crooks.

I had bad experience with SoftMoc that located in Georgian Mall : some of their employees are not capable to deal with the job ;as I did not receive my receipt form in my email I was not qualified to a refund, so i find myself forced to buy what I don’t like . It’s a lost for me ($125 .) Last time to shop from SoftMoc
