This was my first time downloading the app. If it wasn't for Anna I might have given up. She was very patience and understanding. She knew exactly what to do. It took awhile because she had to undo a lot of apps and reloaded what it I needed. It was well worth the time because it was done right. Thanks Anna . A God sent
