Bought a software key from them some time ago. It worked for a while but now microsoft has blocked the license key and said that the license they sold me is not consumer-based and that the key was not intended to be sold in the market. I contacted SoftwareKeep via email to try to resolve the issue and they stopped replying to my emails only after a few exchanges and without resolving the issue. My subsequent emails requesting acknowledgement have also been ignored. I tried to contact them via their online chat but I can't get through to anyone. It just says I'm in the queue for hours and hours.
