The first product key I bought was invalid. After a hassle of sending them a screen shot to prove I still didn't have the subscription. They said they would send me a new product key but could not do so right away because the were out of stock. I'm not sure how you can run out of product keys. I mean it's not like eggs or milk that a store can actually run out. They said they would send me a new one when the they arrived. "We should have them in 24 hrs." One month later, Still no call or email or product key. Called them again. Third time is a charm. Patrick was great at solving the issue. He could have just sent me a new product key. I'm very computer literate, but he wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. He remotely installed my software and now it works great.
