Had big issues with the Windows 10 updates as Microsoft office stopped working and could not open. This was happening for last 2 days. Got online with live chat and live chatted with Patrick. He was absolutely terrific. He solved the issue and problem and as we were disconnected your support team connected me back to Patrick. As this was a big issue Patrick spent time to solve the problem. Great work and great support
