I purchased Adobe Acrobat on a Thursday morning and was promised the link to download within 30 minutes. 36 hours later and still no link. No answer from customer service and no response from customer support via email. Not a good experience and I would not recommend them. Terrible customer service and now I am thinking that the company is a scam. I am about to challenge the charge with my credit card company.
