I was nervous about purchasing this…but I was so nervous about purchasing this product online, but after I read through your website, I went ahead. It is Christmas day, so I was worried that if things didn't go right I wouldn't be able to reach anyone. I did have some issues with regard to activating, so I went to your Chat option - never thinking someone would be available...but I hardly had to wait at all and got ahold of SAMMU. He was fantastic! He taught me how to take a screenshot, (which I had never done before) and we got the confirmation number and he told me what to do from there! I am so pleased with your website and service!!!! And very appreciative of SAMMU!!!
