“I bought the software at a good price but was given an invalid product key. I was promised a new key within 24 hrs but did not receive anything. I did get a valid key after my follow-up call.”

“"I was pleased when I purchased the wrong version (windows and I have a mac) that I was able to get a refund. The process was very easy and the person I talked to in the chat was very helpful and initiated the refund. For this reason, once I received the refund I purchased the correct version of the software from you again. The instructions were simple to follow."”

“I had someone named Jaky and he was very, very helpful. He helped me solve the problem I had, and helped get me where I needed to be. I bought the wrong version, and he refunded it for me and then got me to the right version and which also saved me some money. He was very helpful and very nice.”

“I was nervous about purchasing this…but I was so nervous about purchasing this product online, but after I read through your website, I went ahead. It is Christmas day, so I was worried that if things didn't go right I wouldn't be able to reach anyone. I did have some issues with regard to activating, so I went to your Chat option - never thinking someone would be available...but I hardly had to wait at all and got ahold of SAMMU. He was fantastic! He taught me how to take a screenshot, (which I had never done before) and we got the confirmation number and he told me what to do from there! I am so pleased with your website and service!!!! And very appreciative of SAMMU!!!”
