Sizing for my specific watch was off a little. Had to return my watch for a smaller size which then came for the wrong watch. Customer service was very quick to send out yet another one, shipping was fast and they even let me keep the wrong band which I gave to a family member who loves it. All and all a good experience, customer service is very fast and helpful. Would recommend, knocked off a star only because of the miscues with the wrong size/band.
