“BUYER BEWARE! With so many cheap bands on Amazon I bought solace bands for my kids because it comes with a lifetime warranty. After about 9 months of wear my daughter’s band starts coming undone so I submit a warranty replacement and they tell me they won’t honor it because that particular band has been discontinued. If you look at their website they are constantly discontinuing styles and this is how they get out of providing warranty replacements.
If you came here because of the warranty, like me, go find somewhere else because their products do not hold up and they will not replace it.”
“I ordered two of the breast cancer awareness bands. They were marked as delivered but I never received them. I was told a replacement was coming and only one came. Now I’m out one band. This is just BAD customer service and I’m done trying. I would recommend NEVER ORDERING from this company.”
“I got an email stating that my package had been delivered. The "Confirmation" was clearly NOT my house. I contacted the shipping company,UniUni, and continue to get no response. I contacted Solace and was given the same "confirmation" photos. Which are, again, clearly NOT of my house. I was then told to ask a family member or my neighbors if they received my package. It is a ludicrous suggestion to say to a customer they should canvas the neighborhood for their package in a day of porch pirates and people shooting kids who happen onto their lawns. What a stupid response from customer service.”
“Stopped wearing my watch due to the adjustable clip not holding and the band looking dingy after only a month of wear. The other slip on band I purchased has stretched out. Spent over $60 and now have to go buy other bands. My old silicone Apple bands lasted years.”
“The customer service is absolutely terrible! I have been waiting on my bands for months now (ordered in July). First package was “lost” and they claim to have just switched carriers. Today I got my second attempt package which was completely destroyed and no bands.”
“I placed an order with Solace Bands on August 13, 2025, for three watch bands and was charged $75.97 the same day. The company stated that the items would be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 days.
As of September 8, 2025, I have still not received my order. I contacted the company multiple times and was told there was an issue with the new shipping company they were using, but I was assured that the order would still be delivered. On August 29, they refunded the $5.99 shipping fee, but I have yet to receive the actual products.
Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails requesting a full refund, but the company has stopped responding entirely. The tracking number they originally provided is no longer active.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered items. It’s extremely disappointing to be charged for a product that never arrived—and even more frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve the issue.”
“I am only giving 3 stars because I have written several emails about an ordering issue. With the first email I was given direction to follow the return instructions which I did and paid shipping fee. I have proof from USPS that they received the return on July 29. I have not received a replacement yet and they don’t respond to emails. No phone number to call. I love the slim band but really wonder about the lifetime warranty when you can’t get ahold of them😕”
“I would never recommend Solace Bands. After placing my order, I reached out multiple times (4–5 emails) without receiving a single response. They eventually issued me a refund, basically telling me that they couldn’t provide the product, but only after completely ghosting me. This is extremely unprofessional behavior for any company.
Save yourself the hassle—there are plenty of other businesses out there that respect their customers and communicate honestly.”
“Its been a month since I placed my order with no package. I asked about it after 20 days and they said they were switching to a new delivery system and there was a bunch of missing packages. They were waiting a few more days, 22 days after order, to see if the missing packages show up. They never did, so they were supposed to send a new shipment and haven't heard from them since. I receive sales emails multiple times a day but not one single satisfying customer service response. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
“I have only had my band since March and it has already come apart. They glue the tab that goes into the end of the watch and it did not hold up very long no way to fix it. I had to order a new watch band needles to say not from them.”
“Sizing is off on the loop, using their measuring tool, I ordered the size indicated: it is uncomfortable getting on and off, and while not uncomfortable to wear, does leave imprint on my wrist. The adjustable band, on the other hand, won't hold the adjustment I made so tends to get a little too lose. Both bands looked dingy within a few weeks -- that braided fabric is a dirt magnet. They are more comfortable in summer heat than the silicone bands. But there must be better alternatives out there.”
“I ordered the Slim Imperium Loop size medium and it’s like I’m not even wearing my watch! It has just enough stretch to go over my hand and onto my wrist perfectly! Got it wet while doing dishes and it dries pretty fast! Looking forward to getting more colors!”
“After receiving the band in the mail, I was shocked by the quality of the band relative to the price I paid for it. $36 for a band that might have cost them $2 to manufacture. It is cheaply made, gathers dirt like a magnet, and knock offs that are very similar in appearance are selling for 1/3 of the price Solace charges. When I complained, they gave me the option to return it, only to later be denied because 30 days had expired. AVOID THIS COMPANY!”
“Their sizing tool is way off, by about 2 sizes at least. And yes, I confirmed the scale with the little credit card scaler.
I ordered a tortoiseshell band and the quality is terrible. The decorative grooves are so poorly done: they aren’t straight lines or even in thickness, and the links are poorly molded and visibly flawed. I’ve seen better work from the dirt cheap dropship brands.
They boasted fast shipping, but the bands were very slow to arrive, which meant that they arrived after I left the country. They are so far refusing to accept a return outside of the return window, despite it being due to their false promises regarding shipping time, quality, and fit.
In short, they deliver on none of their promises.”
“Vicki OBannon
just now
I ordered when they had a special, buy two get one free. When I received my order I only received two bands and they were NOT the ones I ordered. I tried contacting them to return and get what I wanted but that company is not interested in assisting you. I hate the bands I got. No phone number no response. I will never order from them again. Poor service. If I could I’d give them -100 stars.”
“I love my bands I have the slim and regular. They are so comfortable that I just ordered 3 more. We need more colors to choose from. Please bring back the multicolored and yellow band.”
