“The new band seemed nice, not super stretchy. I followed the instructions when ordering to go smaller because I was in between sizes. Do not do that. It is so hard to get on and hurts to wear, it is too tight. They say they do not take returns for choosing the wrong size, so I guess I will try to sell it.”
“I ordered a XS band after using the template they give online to measure my wrist. It was too small so I returned it and the company sent a size small per my request. It fits but is snug but now is pulling away from the edge of the band that connects to my watch after less than two weeks of use so I’ll have to return it again.”
“The concept is great,however , I had 2 imperial bands and they both broke after less than a week of use. Customer service was great but I’m not wasting my time or money on a flawed product.”
