“Stopped wearing my watch due to the adjustable clip not holding and the band looking dingy after only a month of wear. The other slip on band I purchased has stretched out. Spent over $60 and now have to go buy other bands. My old silicone Apple bands lasted years.”
“I have only had my band since March and it has already come apart. They glue the tab that goes into the end of the watch and it did not hold up very long no way to fix it. I had to order a new watch band needles to say not from them.”
“Sizing is off on the loop, using their measuring tool, I ordered the size indicated: it is uncomfortable getting on and off, and while not uncomfortable to wear, does leave imprint on my wrist. The adjustable band, on the other hand, won't hold the adjustment I made so tends to get a little too lose. Both bands looked dingy within a few weeks -- that braided fabric is a dirt magnet. They are more comfortable in summer heat than the silicone bands. But there must be better alternatives out there.”
“They are cute but after very little use, both of my adjustable bands rusted. They did allow me make a warranty claim, but I still have to pay more money and I am not convinced the same thing won’t happen again. I’ve never washed them or even submerged them in water and I have only had a few weeks. It does not give me much confidence in the product.”
“The brand was recommended by a family member, but I’ve had a bad experience. The first band tore after a few days. I contacted customer service and received a replacement. That band tore while I was attaching it to my watch. I feel like it’s not worth replacing again. Sad to be out the money.”
“I bought the band with the magnetic clasp. The elastic has nice stretch and is comfortable, but the bottom part of the magnet that you attach to slides out of place constantly. It's a great idea in theory, but it loosens constantly through the day, and I have to readjust it over and over. I'm disappointed that I paid so much money for this band and it doesn't work like it should.”
“I was so excited when I opened the box my band came through because it looked great. However, I don't know if I'll ever be able to wear it because removing links is impossible. It is way too hard to work with and make that happen. Beautiful but unusable. I'm so disappointed.”

“They don't do a good job of describing the material they use in their products. I ordered two different products from them and both of them have some sort of metal/coating that reacts with my skin leaving a rash/blisters”
“I had high expectations for the price point on these bands and I was disappointed. Many of the pieces are made out of plastic. I have gotten way cheaper bands from Amazon (that they claim to be much better quality than) that have metal rather than plastic. The latching piece also goes directly on your skin and I commonly see a red mark where it was sitting on my wrist after I take it off. The colors on these are just as nice as the pictures at least.”
“The band looks sharps but was to tight and I couldn’t even wear it , I was super pumped when I got it I threw away all the stuff so couldn’t return it. I even tried wearing it to the gym to stretch it out . It wasn’t true to size. I want another one bigger to see if it fits better.”
“I have a small wrist and the extra small band is too tight and I’m pretty sure the small band would be too big. I followed the directions for sizing before ordering. I’m very disappointed with my purchase. I know it will stretch with wear, but I would not even be able able to wear it enough without it hurting my wrist to give it a chance to stretch out.”
“I had high hopes for the band material, but the connection points for a Garmin watch are just such flimsy plastic with pins that don't fit well that I don't think I'll be buying another one. It seems if you don't own an Apple watch that the manufacturing is subpar. We spend hundreds on our watches, too...”
“How can you have a printout measuring tool that is not even close to the actual size of the bands? I ordered according to the template and the bands were way too small. I returned all of them because I had no idea what size to buy. This ended up costing me money because your template was wrong!!! I would have a better review if I would have received better help with the sizing issue and/or it didn’t cost me for your error. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to wearing your bands.”
