So normally I take my lumps with online purchases but this time I thought I would reach out due to the fact that it says below if you don't "love it" let us know so you can fix it. After a few months of seeing the ads and visiting the website I finally pulled the trigger on your buy 2 get a third free Solace Bands. I have to say your marketing budget has to be enormous given the number of times I have seen your ads on Instagram and the internet good show on you all!! So, I perused the website and really tried to hone in on what would be right for me since I had just purchased another apple watch and wanted a few options for bands. Your bands seemed to be good options and high quality. I was betting on this cause you sure weren't the cheapest option out there by any means. I used the size tool and everything to ensure I was getting the right band and size for me. I order two bands while getting a third free (and even went with the surprise $15 band at checkout). So, in all I got 4 bands for my purchase. So, first thing is the medium was too tight on my wrist so I had to return all the bands and get the next size up even though the site states if you are in between sizes go smaller. Once I got my actual purchase back (this part of the process was great, quick and easy to return) I tried on the bands again and was left feeling underwhelmed by the quality and feel. This was truly surprising and upsetting because the only reason I bought your products was because through your marketing I was made to believe that these would feel (if nothing else) different due to the quality of what you are making. Again, I don't want you all to "fix it" but I just wanted to let you know that after going back and forth on the price and whether to purchase, I feel that 1. I would not buy the higher end items you sell and 2. would most likely not recommend buying the general bands you sell at the price point you have them. Sorry for the rant but this time I chose to say something. Thanks

My initial impressions were an easy 5 stars. Loved the look and the comfort of the bands. They were a little tight at first but I was ok with that because I assumed they would stretch. They did, in fact, stretch out, but way too much. It was probably within 2 weeks of wearing the bands before they become too loose and really annoying on my wrist. The clear stitching that holds the braids together started breaking too soon as well. Customer service was great. I reached out to them to see what I could do to shrink the bands back to size and they quickly offered me a replacement. But the replacement band was the same story. I will not be a repeat customer.

I have been wearing this replacement band (first one was defective)for several weeks and love it. But it came loose today like the first one arrived. I have two others like it that I haven’t worn yet. I’m just very disappointed. I’m afraid the quality isn’t what I expected.

Disappointing quality. Three for the price of one original, so that’s good. But as the saying goes: buy nice or buy twice. They don’t stretch easily, so are hard to get on and off; and at the same time, they stretch out quickly, so within a couple of weeks they are too loose. Now have to write off my losses, bite the bullet and pay more for quality.

Hi Bruce, We're sorry to hear that. Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you. Kindly contact us at contact@solacebands.com so we can assist you better.

Difficult to size to wrist. Hard to take links apart. Some links are stuck, pins dont come out.

I love the design but as measured by the instructions, the bands are way too small and need to be exchanged. Haven't yet been contacted by Solace with instructions on how to exchange them.

I purchased the band because my skin was super irritated from the normal apple watch bands. However, this band still irritated my skin (most likely because it was too tight on my wrist). Maybe a size up could have prevented this. However, I also realized that bands could easily collect dirt and stains. I know you can wash the bands, but I'm not about that life. I just wasn't worth the price I paid, imo.

I didn't like the band I purchased. The original band sent to me was too tight (even though it claimed to match the apple band size I have)--it was pulling on the connection point between the watch and band and was basically coming apart all the time. I thought maybe I needed to size up, but that one was WAY too big. Looks like it's just not meant for me.

Thank you for the exchange. Unfortunately I didn’t get one free that wasn’t exchanged and one day I used it, it’s already ripped.

The bands are much longer than specified and they are very flimsy. I am returning mine. Please give me instructions on how to return. Thank you.

Pretty but returning. Doesn’t fit right. Was too tight so I put a link back in and it was too loose and would slide on my wrist.

The band is nice, its good quality. For some reason tho it made me itch more than my regular band. Maybe it's too snug i'm not quite sure. Hopefully i can do an exchange with a different band and see if that helps.

I’m allergic to the metal on the clap and it caused a wicked rash.

I really wanted to like this band. To be fair, the rope band is great, but the attachment to the watch for a non-Apple smartwatch is garbage. It comes loose every day and my watch takes a plunge. It seems like they put all their energy into Apple watches and then came up with a "one size fits all" design for every other smartwatch, but that just doesn't work. The pins are WAY too small to keep my watch (Garmin Forerunner 945) secure.

I like the look of the band, but it's virtually unusable with the poor design. The pins are not sturdy enough, so when you're trying to insert into the watch it flops over and you have to start over. For anyone with large hands/fingers it is already difficult, but this is pretty much impossible because of this flawed design.
