“Watch fits very loose. I can't seem to find my order number to be able to return the band or exchange for a different size. I would recommend getting a size smaller than the website recommends.”
We're sorry to hear that. Our bands are usually tight at first but eventually will adjust to your wrist. If it's become too loose, it means the size is too big for you.

“The product is great, all three bands are lovely and my wife loved them. However, because of your lack of common sense when it comes to shipping during the holidays I give you a 2. My order was a gift, your package had your name on the bag. If my wife saw the bag she would have known immediately what it was. She actually saw the bag outside, saw it was for me and went on inside, your logo luckily was on the opposite side. May order again, but never for a gift, gotta do better.”

“These things aren't actually braided. They're sewn together to look like a braid by a thin plastic thread that can come unraveled. At least they were nice enough to send me a replacement when the first one was the wrong size, but the replacement they sent is coming apart.”
“I'd bought from Solace before and had a great experience, but over time the band got stretched and so I went back for a new one.
The new band is much lower quality, doesn't stretch as easily, feels uncomfortable on the wrist and - most importantly - it *does not* connect properly to the Apple watch, so it slides out even without pressing the release button on the watch.
Not impressed with the nose-dive in quality.”

Hi Lindsay, For the Nova band, did you try using the extra metal insert pieces that came with the tool? There are longer pieces that can be screwed in that should allow you to push the pins all the way out.

“I have tried so many watch bands and was SO hopeful for this one. Don’t waste your money. Great for maybe a week, then stretched out and never returned to the correct size. Just wiggles around and doesn’t allow for a good read on my heart rate. I emailed customer service for assistance and they just said to try washing and drying the band, which I had already done. Just get a stretchy band that you can actually adjust on Amazon or something so that it will actually last, trust me!”
