Solace band surprised me! Easy purchase. Customer service was very prompt and quick to reply to my quesitons. A bit slower on delivery, I did download their delivery app and couldn't locate the band for a few days - I did receive a text and found I didn't actually need the app. After that though, smooth sailing! The only flaw..when I opened my package, it smelled so strongly of cigarettes. I'm allergic so my breathing was off for a while, but the smell didn't impact the watch band thankfully. Other than that..very happy customer!
