I placed an order with Solace Bands on August 13, 2025, for three watch bands and was charged $75.97 the same day. The company stated that the items would be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 days. As of September 8, 2025, I have still not received my order. I contacted the company multiple times and was told there was an issue with the new shipping company they were using, but I was assured that the order would still be delivered. On August 29, they refunded the $5.99 shipping fee, but I have yet to receive the actual products. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails requesting a full refund, but the company has stopped responding entirely. The tracking number they originally provided is no longer active. At this point, I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered items. It’s extremely disappointing to be charged for a product that never arrived—and even more frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve the issue.
