Most watch bands I find to be hot even in the winter which make it very uncomfortable but not solace bands I can where mine from 5am till 1am all because I forget it’s on. I have never been able to see sleep with a watch on and now with my solace band I can. I love it so much I have bought more colors and give. It to all my family.
