I used the sizing tool and was between a M and L. So, I ordered a M thinking that would be snug and helpful for workouts, especially running. The band is narrower than I would like, especially for an Apple Watch Ultra. The band fits too loosely for workouts and the resulting heart rate data is poor and likely incorrect. I think the quality of the band is good, but I can't see myself using it. I've already discontinued using it after a few days.
