I ordered 3 of the slim imperial loop bands but unfortunately had an issue because they were slightly too big for my wrist. I submitted an exchange request and got my issue resolved within 2 days. I received my new bands within the week. I was very satisfied with speedy the customer service! The woven bands are so comfortable I am sometimes forgetting I have anything on. The S size fit perfectly. It’s breathable and stretchy. I wear these to bed for sleep tracking and found these to be the most comfortable bands I own! Highly recommend!
