I ordered 3 watch bands and measured for size. When it came it was too big. I went through the return process and was very impressed with the way this company handled the process. I was able to exchange them for the size I need and was not asked to send my old ones back. I was told to share them with someone that could use them. What a great idea and good PR for the company. I will totally order again in the future.
