I've been very impressed with this brand! The band is well done, I love the color I picked (blue) and most importantly, they fixed my issue. I ordered a size too small, I asked for an exchange and they told me to go ahead and keep the band that didn't fit, and give it to someone else. I love that they work towards helping climate issues by reducing their carbon footprint. I received my new band shortly after and I'm happy.
