I ordered an Imperium Loop elastic band and it came apart at the watch connection within 24 hours after I got it. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund but they insisted on shipping me a new band instead. I’ll see how the replacement band works out, but I’m thinking this is a not a great watchband.
