I will say they need like a measurement on the bands. Small, medium, large I didn't figure there would be a learning curve but the large is LARGE. I have to move the watch up my arm to make it not flop all over the place. I have large hands and broad shoulders and I'm bigger boned but this was crazy. My friend, 6'4" also got a large and it was too big.
