I love mine but I got one for my daughter and hers was coming apart on the second day I contact them and they said they would ship a new one for her, and it has been 2 weeks since it said it shipped and we still have not gotten it ,and when I check tracking it says preshipment and no updates from them when I contacted about it. So the shipping on them is not good .
