The first band I ordered was too big, so I sent it back, exchanging for a smaller size. The exchange process was easy. When I got my smaller band, it fit way too tight, and I felt like there should be a size in between the two sizes I tried. Eventually it stretched out to a comfortable fit, but now, almost 4 months later, it is too stretched out and my watch band slides up and down my wrist. So take that into account when getting a non-adjustable band.
