I'd gone back and forth over purchasing one of these for a while and finally bit the bullet. When I first ordered and hadn't received my order after 3 weeks even though I live 45 minutes from the company, I reached out. It took almost an hour to get through the chat, but I was offered a refund or replacement for free. I requested a replacement, and it was shipped out and received in about 5 days. I was so excited to put it on, but needed to take out a few links. I didn't see any directions on how to do that, so I just had to figure it out on my own. I've been wearing it ever since, and it still looks great even though I wear it at both my full and part-time jobs. I'll for sure be grabbing more!
