My first band stretched out quickly and when I reached out to customer service they responded right away and offered a warranty replacement right away! I am so happy, as someone who works in customer service I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful bc I really love the band style!!! Unfortunately the exact same thing happened only days after having my new watch band :/ I don’t mistreat the band, I only slip it over my wrist to take it off. Just wasn’t for me I guess! Still cute and comfortable
