Disappointed. I communicated before my purchase with customer service, giving them an accurate measurement in cm of my wrist. They suggested an XS. I also used the measuring tool in the website to make sure. Also an XS. 3 watch bands arrived in XS. All WAY too small. One of them came either used/stained. When I returned, I was still charged return shipping, which is ridiculous for a damaged item, and inaccurate measuring tools. Delivery also took forever.
