Very happy with both the product and the customer service. Took advantage of buy 2 get 2 deal for wife’s birthday. Followed sizing guidelines to get S as measurement was “on the line”, but when they were too small, they were easily “exchanged” for size M. In fact they said to avoid undo labor and expense on return of the size S, keep them and pass along to someone that could use them - which I have done.
