Love this band. Unfortunately, this is my second one. Had to replace my first one because it eventually stretched out and was too loose on my wrist. I have small wrists and the size small is perfect when it's new...just barely snug so it doesn't move around much
Customer service with my first band was great as I ordered a medium and it was too large. They sent a replacement promptly
