I have extremely skinny wrists, so finding a band that can fit comfortably while doing any sort of activity it huge for me (I workout often and am college student walking around often), but usually bands will start to fall off my wrists even when walking down stairs. The Palandin band works absolutely perfectly. It's discrete, yet stylish, and the band can comfortably fit my small wrist and has support for people who are even skinner than I am or 3 times as large. Very happy with this purchase, I don't think I will ever need to swap my band; I can dress up or dress down and it is always ready for any occasion.
