Very comfy band and the staff was super helpful and prompt when contacted for a mistake I made in my order. My only minor complaint is that the pins are a little too thin/short for the Garmin Forerunner I have and it's come undone a few times. It's very quick and easy to put back together so it's only a small annoyance.
