I really like this company and their products. I have several bands from there. They are made of great quality materials. The leather and woven/braided bands are my favorite!
I recently had the pleasure of working with customer service. They were very prompt and courteous. They helped resolve my isssue quickly. If anything, they spent more time waiting on me to respond. Customer service like that is brooding more rare.
