I was very disappointed with the surprise bonus band that I purchased. It was a various colored verigated colored band. I prefer solid bands. I contacted the company to find out what return policy was and they explained that I would be required to pay an additional $20 to change from the multicolored band to a solid colored band. They said I was also not able to obtain a refund since I was not satisfied with the colors of the band.
