I received the wrong band twice. Twice I was told something like “it’s the right sku but the wrong product”. To the end customer, when you order one thing and get another, it doesn’t matter why it’s wrong. While they were quick to remedy the first time, I got the wrong band once again. They said they would speak to the warehouse, but I haven’t heard back on the final resolution. The responses from Support were tedious and difficult. The two stars are for the quality of product, not the organization of merchandise or service.
