I’m a repeat customer and really like their bands. For some reason, the paper measuring tape was way off and I ordered a size too small. (Half my fault—should have known I didn’t wear an XS.) Same thing just happed to a friend this week. So use care when measuring. However…their customer service response is EXCELLENT. Couldn’t ask for a better return situation.
