I have ordered two bands from Solace Bands. Both are well made, as described, and arrived promptly. I ordered a size up for the 2nd band, since the 1st one fit quite snug. Unfortunately, the size up is too big. When I went online to exchange for a smaller size, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that, given the hassle of returning a small package and dealing with wait times, postage, etc., I didn't have to return the first band but could simply gift it to a friend or family member. That is a BIG plus and worth 5 stars all by itself. Thank you, Solace Bands.
