Love these bands. I purchased 3 bands, two in size small and one adjustable. The adjustable band was great. Comfortable and secure. But I found the small bands a little tight. I have a 6 1/4 inch wrist. I emailed customer service. They responded by email within hours and send out new bands. I was impressed by their desire to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The replacement bands are perfect! Their customer service is a rare find. Will definitely purcase more in the future.
