I have very small wrists. Used their measuring system and ordered XS. Too small. Returned and ordered S. Again, a little snug, but I’ve been trying to stretch them out. I would say definitely order a size up. Also I bought the band that has to be sized by removing pins. I couldn’t get it to work. Ended up throwing it away because I couldn’t send it back. It was beautiful, btw. Probably my fault. I like be their bands, just size up.
