While the customer service was amazing the band quality was awful. My first band lasted about 30 days. My second, a week. My third, a day. Solace replaced them immediately every time, but the bands kept breaking at the hardware connection point. Finally I requested a refund and got that without question. So, amazing customer service, but I couldn’t find a band that wouldn’t break. I went back to Apple.
