Elastic bands will stretch (at least the thin one.) Had purchased a smaller size but it was tight so I exchanged for the next size, which is now too loose. Also, beware if you receive a gift card instead of payment method for a return, you won't receive the gift card amount back if you have to do another exchange/return. (Not sure if that makes sense but just get the money back in the original payment method.)
