I have a small wrist and the extra small band is too tight and I’m pretty sure the small band would be too big. I followed the directions for sizing before ordering. I’m very disappointed with my purchase. I know it will stretch with wear, but I would not even be able able to wear it enough without it hurting my wrist to give it a chance to stretch out.
