I support small business whenever possible but I still require service and quality products. I did not require service with Solace. I ordered the braided bands in neutral colors which seem to go with all I have. The bands fit right out of the box and are supremely comfortable. No pinching. No sweat accumulation when working out as in the original iPhone band. Should they stretch over time, I have space to cinch them tighter. So far, with 24/7 wear, they are the same size. These bands do not cause me contact dermatitis which is what sent me looking in the first place. My free band was a loop style. I have not tried it yet. I would not hesitate to order these adjustable bands again from Solace.
